State Cup Qualifying league is open to all U11-U19 Boys and Girls teams for the 2026-2027 seasonal year
Play is on 9v9 - 11v11 fields. Six games between December 2026 - March 2027. Teams split per-game referee fees
Teams should plan to even out the season's schedule- ie plan to play game(s) before winter break
Teams should follow US Soccer guideline for cold weather events https://learning.ussoccer.com/articles/hip/article/cold-weather-guidelines
Flexible day scheduling (Saturday, Sunday, weekday) based on club winter schedule
Gives an opportunity for U12 teams to play in a U13 (11v11) division to prepare for next years play
All players and coaches must be carded through EPYSA/DYSA to play in the league
Tiers will be based on teams requested competitive division AND geography
CLS reserves the right to move teams up or down to make appropriate competitive brackets. To assist in placement, please include your team's rank within your club (A team, B team, C, D, E, etc.)
The cost for the Winter League is:
$450 for all existing carded teams
$625 for teams that need to register their players and create a new roster!
Registration Deadline is October 23, 2026
Clubs will follow payment method used in the fall.
Credit card customers will be charged/processed when each team is accepted

When your team registers for any CLS Season, each of your team members and their respective family members are registering for programs that take place in the public domain. CLS reserves the right to use images of CLS event participants and attendees in our promotional materials and on our social media sites.
