Unsafe playing field/conditions or other unsafe equipment issues.
Coach, parent, player and/or spectator extreme behavior/incident.
Team does not have appropriate roster.
One or both teams did not show up.
Forfeit by one team.
Abandoned game for any reason.
Any other situation that the referee feels warranted / worthy of reporting, especially any COVID-19 protocol related issues.
